*** Introduction *** I was tired of trying to make money exclusively via the pennies so I figured I'll try to develop my own strategy. The pennies are too stressful. This will sorta act as my blog space. Will try to document my buys and sells. *** Goal and Strategy *** Short term stocks that come up on my radar for short term gains. Hopefully more gains than losses and the gains will add up. The goal is obviously to be on the plus side in the long run. General but strict rules: -Stock Price between $1 and $5 -Limit any loss by putting in at least a 7% GTC trailing stop SELL order immediately after the BUY order [no more than 15%] -Look for stocks in any sector that have some sort of momentum -debt/asset ratio is less than 1 -Check filings for any pending lawsuits or other surprises -Good volume -Don't get emotionally tied to a stock [don't marry it!] -Don't buy on the way down to "average down" -Patience -Patience -Patience Usually holding picks for as long as the uptrend continues but not worrying about the intraday fluctuations too much. Essentially, letting the trailing stop take care of my sell decisions.... *** DISCLAIMER *** Do your own Due Diligence and come to your own conclusions. I am not a professional financial advisor. I do not recommend stocks. Trade with money you are willing to part with. Basically, don't listen to me.
