I inquired with TDameritrade and here's what I got back: "I am not showing DTC has provided any updates regarding the spinoffs. It appears the company is not being responsive. I have no new information at this time, unfortunately."

I think, we are screwed.....

Well, I haven't heard anything back from TDameritrade. Best option is to hang in as you couldn't sell them anyway right now wink . Boy, my average is 1.02 pennies - I will never recover those, I guess. LOL

LOL - I have given up all my hopes to be honest with you. And 'yes', we are probably the only ones left. I have not been very lucky with these penny stocks and should start to learn my lessons. In the case of AKYI, I had some hopes though as my kids play with the Wii all the time and I saw the need for the charger. I will admit that I never really understood the broadcasting technology thing but that's all history anyway, I suppose.

This is what I got back:

"DTC sent back a message that they are now working with the issuer in order to complete the terms and update the status of these distributions. Information will be updated in our systems as soon as it becomes available, but it at least looks like DTC is reaching out to the company rather than waiting on them to deliver information. I will send you another message when I receive an update, but can't quite provide a timeframe at the moment."

Probably doesn't mean anything because ADVANCED TECHNETIX INC looks like it's been dead for 5 years?

James, other members: AKYI had not filed Financials since 2002....11 years delinquent.

I have written to the SEC to suggest they suspend an SEC Filer stock after 2 quarters delinquency. At least a company delinquent 6 months / 2 quarters would have a chance to become compliant, and if they could not or would not file Financials then at least shareholder losses would be contained.

AccessKey IP is 100 perent responsible for not filing for 11 years, and that length of time is absolutely unconscionable.

I am afraid I don't know the answer to this question. There is probably nothing left. I am a little surprised that this thing turned South so badly and wonder what all that stock swapping BS was all about. I don't even want to say that this was all a scam. I want to believe that there was truly an intention to manufacture a real product. When Palmer got himself into screwing around with the shares, that's when the final nail was put into the coffin. I wonder whether he is actually behind bars for this or not - probably not. I have tossed too much good money out of the window to spend just one more dime on hoping to gain anything back.
