CLKZ is severely delinquent in filing their Financials and corporate filing obligations to the SEC. On Feb. 20, 2015 the SEC suspended 7 stocks from the Delinquent SEC Filers list, and it is likely that more delinquent Filers will be suspended.

Since Jan 1st, 2010 the SEC has suspended over 1290 stocks for Financials delinquencies. All of those Suspended stocks had their stock registrations revoked.

Shareholders should contact the company and pressure the Mgmt to file their delinquent Financials because ALL shareholders would be wiped out IF the SEC suspends the stock.

So CLKZ really went from .01 .10? And obviously everyone who was holding sold at .10

Except for a few days, every day has been under 1000 shares traded.

This company needs to do something to get the PS up! News/filings/PR...something!!!

Oh, and their corporate website goes to a godaaddy.com page...not good...especially for a "Web publisher brand builder"

Sick in that we do not get any communication which makes one think this is a scam. Ugly in that we were reverse split and now look at the price even a few hundred shares can drive it up or down. Nothing to base investment on. Funny, Shady Penny stock is the way this looks currently. If someone in control has a plan, it is time to pull back the curtain and let the world know.
