Ryan Franks goes to jail this time. He is a thief who preys on traders hoping to make a quick buck but they end up losing their money to this thief.

The last low float stock that Ryan Franks front loaded and pump and dumped was CAPB

Here is his newsletter for that pump and dump from July 27, 2011

Again the email blast happened at 9:42 am

This time the newsletter was full of flat out lies. Ryan Franks put numbers in the email newsletter that belonged to another company (CBCR) not CAPB. CAPB delisted in March of 2009. The public shell no longer had any assets or operations after that. It was by every definition of the phrase - a dead shell.

But to Ryan Franks it was a low float play. A chance to make money at the expense of other investors. Front loading share then doing an email promo full of lies then dumping on the unsuspecting followers is very much illegal.

Here is what happened to CAPB on July 27, 2011.

The promo shot the price up from $.015/share at the open to high of $.04/share in the minutes following the email blast.

Just like with IBFL the dumping started shortly after the email blast and the price tanked back down from $.40/share to a close of $.113/share. A whole bunch of bag holders were created because very few people were able to get in before the profit line was broke and many that did were not smart enough to sell before their profits disappeared.

The next day the stock continue to drop closing at $.069/share
On July 29th the stock closed at $.05/share
On By August 2nd the stock was down to $.04/share
It gradually sank from there closing at $.02/share today.

The Stock Psycho at PennyStockAlerts.com is pushing the worthless shares of no longer existent Independent Bancshares, (IBFL).

The last time The Psycho pushed the shares of an out of business bank, he deemed it an accident, but only once we publicized his criminal activities. He even brags about the success of the scheme on (CAPB) in his current email in which he touts IBFL.

A lot of people lost a lot of money to this thief in the CAPB scam and now he's bought up shares of IBFL and will try and steal some more money.

$IBFL is a momo play with no real value, could run again in Power Hour - I'm aware of it's status. As I said in my previous post it's a momo play only and extremely risky but high returns with a little luck and quickness. This is OTC land, only invest with mad money!!!

I never said $IBFL has value. Like you said this is a momo play. This is OTC land, I invest in momo and news,
ie: SEC filings and PR.
If I remember correctly only 5% of OTCs goes to the Big Boards.
I still believe $IBFL has another run in it, closer to Power Hour! IMO

This was a pure momentum play. The stock will return to .05 or less in short order.

The 3rd Quarter of 2011 was the market's worst since the 2008 crash! Who is ready to forget all that and start Q4 with a massive BANG?

I've found another ultra-low float day-trading superstar that looks primed to explode for some ridiculously enormous price gains.

Today's alert is IBFL – Independent BancShares Incorporated.

Independent BancShares, Inc. is a bank holding company for Independent National Bank (the Bank). The Company owns all of the outstanding shares of the Bank and HKH Financial Center, Inc., doing business as Independent Financial Partners (IFP). IFP is a financial services company. The Bank operates from five full-service banking offices in Marion and Sumter Counties, Florida. The Bank offers a range of commercial banking services to individual, professional and business customers. These services include personal and business checking accounts and savings, and time certificates of deposit. The Bank also offers merchant services to retail and other business customers. It offers a range of short and medium-term commercial, consumer and real estate loans.

IBFL trades very inactively, and is sitting near the 52 week low. That means the potential upside is enormous.

IBFL's market valuation is less than my Louis Vuitton sneakers. That means with enough pressure, this diamond in the rough could fly from 3 cents to as high as $2!

Since IBFL's average trading volume is so small, it may not take much to make IBFL take off for quadruple digit gains.

A lot of other newsletters have been asking me all weekend, Psycho, my man, what's the new pick?!?! Can I get in on it?

I tell them YES you can, immediately after I give it to my readers. I don't know if IBFL will take off or not, but I'd like to think it will. If it does and produces the gains I'm hoping for, I'm sure the internet will be buzzing big time about IBFL. If that happens, everyone will be talking about IBFL...after we've had first crack at it ;)

Most of my past after the bell ultra-low float alerts have made quadruple digit gains! However, that does NOT guarantee the performance of IBFL in any way whatsoever.

Let's take a peek at my recent low floaters anyway, just for fun:
PLLX - 3400% in 1 day
CAPB - 2567% in 1 day
OLDW - 2100% in 1 day

IBFL is an EXTREMELY volatile play. Trading with a high level of caution is the only way to go when trading something like this. Tight stop, book profits when you can, etc, etc.

In my amateur opinion, I'd say IBFL is a red-hot trade that should be played by very experienced traders only!

Could IBFL be my biggest gaining alert of all-time??
