CTC Cable Corporation

CTC Cable Corporation produces composite core for use in its patented ACCC® conductors, which are "high efficiency" conductors for use in electrical transmission grid systems. ACCC® conductors are an innovative and economical solution for replacing (reconductoring) power lines, constructing new lines and crossing large spans. ACCC® composite core is delivered to qualified conductor manufacturers worldwide for local ACCC® conductor production and resale into local markets.

Headquartered in Irvine, California, USA, CTC Cable manufactures ACCC® core in its ISO 9001:2000 certified facility and works with highly qualified conductor manufacturers in specific geographic regions around the world who surround the ACCC® core with aluminum strands in a trapezoidal shape to complete the high efficiency ACCC® conductor. ACCC® conductor is used around the world with thousands of kilometers successfully deployed in grid applications.
