Because it was such a scam farce to begin with.

The real entertainment is to ask: Why SH(?) would claim the price of oil will create opportunities in a stock which no longer trades. A stock which has been delisted by the SEC. In a scam company which served as a sales force for licensing a patent they didn't own.

Guess posts which advocate such as position are exempt from being asked: "Just curious, why do you still follow this message board? Thanks". Why is that?

It sailed too close to the Spratly islands, and the Chinese sank it with a DF-26. anti-ship missile. Subsequent recovery operations have been postponed due to the Coronavirus.

The SEC delisted it due to over a yr of delinquency in reporting.

The scammers could've come up to date with the filings, prior to that, but it would've been the equivalent of a self hanging in front of the SEC. Their Mexican gold, and gold broker scam angles would've been difficult to explain.

It doesn't matter if oil prices are at $100/bbl, or $10/bbl now, or in the future. It doesn't matter what the current demand is for whatever a Translock container was suppose to ship, because the Translock containers never existed. They will continue to be non-existent, and no amount of dreaming about them will bring em back. One can't bring back something that never existed by dreaming about it. DDCC never had the means to manufacture them. Neither in the end did DDCC hold the patent for the non-existent Translock containers. Where the patent gyrations were a scam in itself.

So keep watching those oil prices. Then pretend you can trade shares which are un-tradeable, based on the oil prices, and imaginary Translock containers. Because that's the only thing a SH of DDCC shares currently can do- pretend they weren't scammed.

This Microcrap scam had no assets at the end. No patent, no inventory, nothing. It wouldn't matter if oil or any frac material of one's choice was trading at $200/bbl, or $2/bbl.

Then who can forget they were going to be a gold broker, with no financial backing to pull it off. Shipping gold from imaginary sellers to an imaginary buyer in South Korea. I'm surprised they didn't open up an amusement park on the side of a Utah mountain, featuring a racoon riding on a back of a Bear.

Search my posts for the word "patent". Read them. Years ago, DDCC transferred ownership of the patent back to Lopez their President who had originally transferred it to DDCC for compensation. What compensation did DDCC get back from Lopez when they transferred the patent back? Answer: None. They gave it to him for FREE. Then they failed to file an 8K. Guess giving away the only patent a company holds for FREE isn't a material event. Neither did DDCC have a means to manufacture the so called Translock container if licensed from Lopez.

So it doesn't matter now what the price of oil is. DDCC doesn't exist as a company. They were run out of the market by the SEC. And thereafter with no scam to run, allowed their business license to expire. Neither did it matter before these events, what the price of oil was at. DDCC no longer held the patent for Translock. They gave it away for FREE. They had no means to manufacture it.

Keep expecting that positive news. But it's not coming, and there's no stock to trade (delisted) in anticipation of such imaginary news.

Could DDCC account for the gold shipments it claimed it had arranged? No.

Was DDCC in violation of multiple 8K filings requiring filing within 4 business days of a material event? Yes.

Did DDCC go delinquent in filings for over a yr? Yes. Better than performing a self-hanging in front of the SEC.

Did DDCC attempt to correct the delinquency? No. Instead it tried to dodge filing by filing a 15-12.

What was the SEC's response to the 15-12? The SEC delisted the stock for delinquency 16 days later.

Can DDCC shares be traded in a public market? No, they have been delisted.

What can I do with my DDCC paper certificates, so as to sell them? Frame em, and attempt to sell them on Ebay or Amazon as a joke.

Butt what about opportunities in the oil field for DDCC? About the same as selling Brahma bull hamburger meat in India.

Well gee, wonder why?

Can't be because the Saudis, and Russians have surplus production capacity - right?

US oil inventory back up to 485M barrels. And it's light oil, not heavy preferred by US refineries. Venezuela needs light oil to mix or blend with their heavy oil. However, their oil production has gone down into the toilet. Forget exporting light oil there.

Pipeline capacity not to be solved for the Permian till late 2020. US Gulf infrastructure in need of expansion. China even offered to kick in a chunk of money - before the trade war. It's not looking to do so now. Neither is China going to rush back in to buy US light, after an agreement has been papered over. The net result is US light oil from frac-ing continues to pile up.

Forget the China-US trade war has placed a damper on the global economy. Taking down WTI prices down 20% in recent weeks. Forget the so called booming Shale industry which has been cutting Capex, and still 9 out of 10 Shale oil companies are burning through cash with negative cash flow.

Forget all of that, and let's try for the biggy question:

How does DDCC a company that does not even hold the license for their imaginary Translock containers (e.g. Their Pres Lopez held it at last check), benefit? Benefit with a downturn in the Shale market already started. How does DDCC with no manufacturing capability benefit? How do they receive orders for Translock containers with no means to manufacture them? Or to profit from them - Lopez as holder of the patent would be the only one benefiting from the imaginary Translock containers. As in an imaginary benefit. How does DDCC SHs benefit, given the SEC has delisted the stock? How does DDCC which was never anything other than a scam suddenly create value for SHs as a private company? When they have nothing to create value with, other than their scam tarnished reputation.

It doesn't matter whether oil goes up/down or around- does it? The DDCC scam is dead. No, one can forget about DDCC re-registering, and committing a self hanging in front of the SEC. The SEC ran them out of the market.

I agree, taylor3, although recent attacks on petroleum ships have not had as much of an impact on crude prices as it could have. Oil drillers are reported to be returning many rigs back to America, and oil fracking here has been on a rise, reportedly making the US now the largest oil producer in the world. Before too much longer the need for DDCC's products should result in more orders flowing.
