Cicero1 and co, I lost $40k in GMX true story but what I found is it made me a better person. I had only $4k left on January 23 decision and I used what I have. D 40k loss will be used to offset all of my gains in 2014. I will be approaching 6 figures and 7 figures will be a Blessing this year with only $4k... Take it from me all, use what you have and you will be greatly rewarded. Tough times happen to all but it is your mindset that takes you further. Exactly! The US trustee voted no for a reason surely. The plan was hardly fair to mom and pop shareholders and other creditors. Not by the book. They did a bogus auction, withdrew their winning bid, and got the company lock stock and barrel? Explain the legalityand ethics of this? I smell a big fat rat!

My Broker accounts still show my GMXRQ stock and at a value of .05. I would have expected them to have been removed by now.

Surely the U.S.Trustee's "NO" vote wasn't pawpaw influenced! I'm still curious as to why the Trustee's vote against the plan didn't carry any weight. Thats when I thought we were going to win and bought more stock.

If you recall, I was one of the few telling everyone NOT to invest on the advice of pawpawsir that the company was dead and would not recover. Why would I buy on his advice when he clearly had no idea what he was talking about? All his talk about God saving the company convinces me he was a total nutcase anyway. If any of his alleged court filings were anything like his ranting posts here, it's no wonder the judge gave the company to the creditors.

Why did the Judge rule against U.S.Trustee? Does anyone have any thoughts as to why the Judge went against the U.S.Trustee?

Just to be clear, I never listened to fungderf or anyone else on this website. And no one on this website gave us advice. The recommendation to purchase this stock was from someone in our town and we stupidly listened to him. However, he did tell us about this site and he may very well be using it anonymously. That would not surprise me at all...he does have connections in other states which possibly could enable him to hide his identity. In the end, this was our grievous mistake.

Preferred and Commons are both gone. I was being silly with the Pie comment.
It will take time for some brokers to eliminate the stock from different investor's accounts, some will go through odd changes to symbols and pricing during this time. But, nothing is accessible.. Unfortunately there are no possible transformations of any kind that will bring value or life back into these stocks. Any value that some may post about will be for new owners and new investors through Thunderbird.

Good gosh fungderf that was a crappy bet I made. But I did keep a little back to see what crazy thing could happen for future notes.

My broker has changed the symbol twice now and at one time the remaining shares were at .75 now it states .04 but still in my portfolio for now. Kinda funny..

The stock is a dead issue. Please stop speculating what will happen next because it's already happened. The preferred shares I had in my account are already gone and if the commons aren't already, they soon will be. Preferred has priority over common so if the preferred are already canceled, there's no hope for common remaining on the market for much longer if they haven't been canceled already.

You are right this time, I am from different country other than US. I saw blood and renamed walltreet as bloodstreet, therefore
taking money from other people wallet or bank is the greatest challenge. I followed GMXR/p since 2012, join the game on feb/02/2012, but carrying two (pref and common) is better than one. Just wait for old, and new symbol next week.
