Not sure, still waiting. Got to be the market turns holding this up now, like all the RMs going on. Things must be put on hold. But in any case this thing is enormously thin and there are no shares out there except for the tiny float.imo Very difficult to see a shell with a .39 ask.imo Only other one I have seen recently is APTH and that OS is suppose to be 750k and float prob 250k. So NMFS numbers have got to be what I thought they were.

Call them and tell them you are willing to pay $7.50 per month "worthless stock" fee. They will ask you to fax a letter with your signature, stating same. This happened to me on 3 stocks. I sent the letter, and the positions were back in my account the next day.

On January 30th, all of my NMFS shares were sold automatically through Zecco. They were sold for $0.00

I inquired about this, and here is the email I received back:

Thank you for contacting Zecco Trading. The shares of NMFS were sold on 1-30-2009 because the stock is no longer trading and is now a worthless stock. The shares have been removed from your account.

Needless to say, I lost all of the money I had invested in this stock.. by the way, this happened to BDKeg as well, so it's not just a fluke. if you still own shares and this hasn't happened to you, I'd recommend selling immediately.
