Yes, They will sign any PSC that is ready on March 14th. Block 4 is a shoe-in. Block 3 should be as well. I would not mind seeing Block 2 wait for a few days/weeks to get us the very best deal we can negotiate. 5 and 6 look better with BP showing interest. There is an obvious reason BP showing interest in little ole Block 5!!!! This is getting intetesting to say the least.
