I understand that's how it went down as well. Wells Fargo might have been the debt holders until Telogis brought the assets. Now my understandig is now Telogis owns the RMTD shares (All assets) and what they are going to do with them is anyones business!

And, how does this work? a private company owning assets from a public traded company? And,, one more item is now the (Perfeared shars holders) of RMTD shares are holding the bag and voting rights to what happens with those shares along with the BOD of Telogis.. It's gotten messey..... How does the SEC react to Telogis involvement and now the currnet owner of those assets?

This would have been clear and simple if Telogis brought the company and made it a sub company of Telogis but they didn't.
