Part of the quote you posted reads as follows:

Accomplishing the strategy described herein is significantly dependent upon numerous factors, many that are not in management's control. Some of these factors include the ability of the company to raise sufficient capital, attract qualified management, attract new customers and effectively compete against similar companies.

The factors that LATF lists are standard run of the mill things that all managers are expected to accomplish. How come LATF says the normal course of business is out of their control.

Aren't they supposed to make those things happen?
