I just took some time to browse every single PR from the co. since Mike took over and in not one of the PR's is this indicated.

Again this is just conjecture with no supporting evidence.

The direct quote is "The audits are a critical piece of the overall strategy." This was stated in the March 4 PR.

Emphasis is on "overall strategy" as the company intends to up list. The up listing is part of the overall strategy, which has been conveyed to shareholders on the company website in the Ask the CEO section.

The up listing is also one of the potential drivers (catalysts) for the company and its stakeholders.
