Excellent point. I hope FNMA gets it all back plus interest. Every illegal dollar of overpayment beyond satisfactory repayment of taxpayers. Interest also of course :-). Recent history has shone no one is being actually bald responsible lately so I wouldn't wait for any retribution. I can't see how we won't be made whole tho.
