You can see how this one moved as it traded up and over the 50 day. The "Golden Cross" that Manysevens refers to is the 50 day moving average coming up and gettng ready to cross over the 200 day moving average. This is a very bullish formation and usually leads to a large move. Notice the Bollinger Bands widening as well which usally precedes price volatility. Here is a chart
