Nice digging, that is some great information. Bottom line is they are building a dream team. Saying that all of these guys are coming for the salary and stock only is laughable. Nobody leaves an established company for most likely a smaller salary with heavy stock incentives unless they feel like the company is positioned to be a big player. After all, stock options are no good if they can't deliver on stock performance.

Agreed OneScreen won't add $1 million dollars in revenue onto Q4 numbers. OneScreen was in major upheaval through all of December with layoffs, CEO ousting etc...... I doubt there was much emphasis in going out to generate revenues.

With that said I still expect Adaptive to post Q4 revenues in excess of $1 million. It really doesn't matter to me since I am in for the long haul.

Newelong,

Although it has become regular and a given, that post of yours was awesome my friend. You take information and put it together in a clear, concise and relevant way. You should be writing pr's for ADTM. I can't come close to contributing relevant info to the ongoing discussion on this thread as you do, but here's my two cents.

Shareef is hiring people as if this is a big-time growing business so I feel we definitely need good news concerning Q4 revenues and contracts to offset the high costs of all these hires or the selling at bid and below will continue. Expenses and dilution was an issue in Q3 and although you say you aren't concerned with Q4 I am. That is "the quarter" for advertising spending so I think Shareef needs to be able to show that he can back up his at least 50% growth comments early in his tenure as CEO. That would be $750,000 for Q4 and I have felt that was doable without OneScreen so I'm optimistic Shareef and Ben are executing and that means a good to very good Q4.

I stated previously that I felt OneScreen would not do the revenue it did in 2012 because of issues with bots and other artificial traffic that boosted its figures so I agree that 1 million from OneScreen is most likely not happening. Plus I don't think we ever heard the percentage that ADTM gets in the deal.

The hiring of cyber security/DNA type people strengthens my premise that OneScreen's revenue was heading south big-time and in a hurry. Shareef wanted to offset that negativity from crawling over to ADTM's technology and I think the hires should do that.

But we need news of revenue....increased business or all the good accomplished from quality hires won't stop a quick drop in the pps. Hiring a boat load of quality people won't make a difference if Shareef can't back it up with revenue. He has said he likes to over deliver so I feel Q4 is important and will be good.

I also am looking forward to the 10K as that will also give an update on business for the first quarter of 2014. Shareef has stated cash flow positive in the first half of 2014, and all these hires will be costly, so that update, although brief for January 1 to March 31, will be important in this idiot's opinion.

Darren Sproles. Golden Tate. Joique Bell. Brandon Pettigrew. Those contracts should really help Reggie and Calvin but the secondary is still a mess. Hopefully they address that either in free agency (Brandon Browner?) or the draft. Caldwell spent a lot of time around Peyton so he knows a thing or two about the QB position....hopefully some of it rubs off on Stafford; he certainly has the talent to be elite. And get the deal with Suh done. Don't let him even get close to being a free agent. That man is nasty and a once in a generation type player.

Take care my friend. Best wishes to you and your family.
