There are so many things I'd like to know about. Like, what ever happened to the Lockwood spin off to share holders? What is the status of the Lockwood lawsuit? Last I saw the defendants requested a jury trial. I see they have B2 preferred shares issued, but what ever happened to that reward for loyal investors? And finally, why are they changing Lockwood's name to Verecis? What is the purpose of that? Last I heard they were filed a Form ID with the SEC to allow Lockwood to be an SEC Edgar filer.
Now, I see that they are going to utilize technology (Lockwood), that IFXY owns, to generate revenue for FWGD. Is IFXY to be compensated for that or is Lockwood (Verecis) going to be given to FWGD, to go the spin off routine with them.
Seems like Sam is shifting a lot of focus to FWDG and kinda leaving us like orphans over here. Should we not be a participant in the hype all the MJ stocks are getting now? And why are we not?
Perhaps he will address all these things in Part 2 of his Update to IFXY shareholders. Yeah Right!!
