Ted's resume "looks" impressive at first glance. But, upon closer inspection it is vague, general, and uses a lot of corporate double-speak ("participated in", "conducted", etc.)
The real clincher for me is that no legit person in the mining industry would associate themselves with Lumb and his multiple scams, without realizing they are sacrificing their credibility and reputation. Perhaps he feels that since the mining claims are here in the US, and most of his consulting work is in Africa, the two worlds won't collide. But with the power of the internet, I have to feel that someone will eventually come up to him at one of his seminars or at a trade show, and ask him for an explanation of why he is involved in a penny stock scam. That would be awkward.
