What did they pay to acquire Nations Oil? All these locations are leased by Nations, do they have capital to spend on the large production costs, or does everything wind up a company in name only, to become the shell of the next OTC scam? Don't want to sound cynical, but I've been in too many gold/oil and gas start ups that never started up beyond the selling of shares to optimistic investors.
