Kerry's email to me regarding my revealing the contents of an email she sent to me that indicated PVEC / Zeus Travel was terminating its agreement with BTA (Business Travel Advisors) along with the termination of an officer of Zeus Travel corporation, who may have been associated with BTA that I revealed on this forum:
It's unfortunate that the company's supposed new "transparency" policy apparently didn't include disclosing to shareholders that the agreement with BTA was terminated or why that action was taken.
PVEC hyped this relationship in previous PRs but didn't disclose when it ended the agreement.
The company is obviously embarrassed that it did not disclose this action given its supposed new policy of transparency.
Additionally, the failure to provide the current O/S and float shows that this claim of transparency is bogus.
