That is correct. VELA [formerly CHTL] is run mainly for the benefit of the Alvarez Family and Friends. If anyone cares to dispute just look at their history. That along with the fact that they never really accomplish anything.

If an 8K is issued that should be interesting. The next Q or K
[I think K] will show the greatly increased OS. My guess is a conservative 1.6 Billion.
