Good points, all reasons why FROZ should be on all traders high alert and watch list. APT merger goes through, we all know the sky's the limit. And there's many like yourself being cautious and hanging on the fence waiting until all is certain.

APT truly does want to go public and they truly are a real company with real products for sale in SEARS, KMART, Costco, malls, etc etc. Millions in revenue. PPS will raise dramatically when merger is final.
