Bluee, this Bankruptcy followed NO Federal rules or procedures, as we still have never even seen a list of assets. This bankruptcy needed to be done in the dark. I will quit bringing up the past, but it would be naive to follow anyone blindly, especially with the results so far, releases granted and ZERO current lawsuits. Our guys MAY not be the rats, but they sure have been and are playing along with them.
If the situation doesn't improve, the only prudent response would be to look into our own representation. The fact we survived when we were never bankrupt in the first place doesn't impress me.
