They didn't buy a retail store they bought a Colorado Marijuana Cultivation Facility, as far as I know they will wholesale the weed to stores and it is under Bearpotinc which they bought.

Would have to be medicinal, if it was actually in operation in Teller County.

The PRs never specify which, or if it was currently being farmed... The next benchmark is "Strategic's plan is to have the Memorandum of Understanding signed by mid-February and the final agreement signed by the beginning of March, 2014; with construction to modernize the operation beginning in February and the first new crop started in the first week of March."
