Here is another chance for the company to quickly quiet down some concern. (parenthetical item added by me)

Easily corrected? Only if they want to.
I don't know why they didn't file them (the articles and by-laws) with the SEC in the first place, but my pure WAG as to why they have refused to provide them to Yidam, etc. is that there is either some process called for in the By-Laws that they have "not attended to properly" or some stock movement in the stock ledger that they would rather keep unpublished. Otherwise that would be easily corrected as well.

In my view we have a couple of substantive issues here that are being drowned in all the noise from the "far short" and the "far long". Reminds me of the gridlock in DC.

Clarity of corporate structure is one issue. Timely advances toward trials is another issue. Both crucial. Both fundamental.
Watching this unfold will be interesting.
