Many shares that were sold in a panic only transferred to someone not in a panic. Happens every time.

Sure they had to decrease the number of shares they held. They didn't have a choice in the matter.

Shareholders didn't HAVE to "decrease the number of shares" or DO anything at all!

If I could have said, "wait a minute, I don't want to participate in the R/S", I sure would have.
