Maybe because there are over 3.4billion shares on OS and someone selling a few million is diluting? If there was 50 million I would agree but few million. More like profit taking as someone that bought 10 million shares well below a penny and sees a good time to take profits since letting rest ride.

There is no need for dillution anymore! Fitx is very well capitalized and ceo made a commitment to shareholders not to increase the share structure but to decrease it in the near future

Never heard that he was gagging the transfer agent. Where is that information I would like to read that.
