I'm not sure I follow your share structure numbers. Clicking on the link you provided (http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=TTDZ&id=116175)

Page 13 of their report tells me that the share structure is as follows (accounting for the 305 mil retired shares):

AS: 2,000,000,000
OS: 1,438,695,597
Float: 1,226,010,602

Am I missing something?
