Bravo Enterprises Ltd.
Section 164 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 Bravo Enterprises Ltd. (Bravo) is a Nevada corporation with securities quoted on the OTCQB tier of the OTC Markets platform. Bravo is an OTC reporting issuer under Multilateral Instrument 51-105 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets, and its predecessor BC Instrument 51-509, as promotional activities have been carried on in or from British Columbia since September 15, 2008.
¶ 2 Bravo has failed to file any of the records required under the Act and regulations as an OTC reporting issuer (the required records).
¶ 3 Under section 164(1) of the Act, the Executive Director orders that all persons cease trading in Bravo’s securities until:
1. Bravo files the required records completed in accordance with the Act and regulations, and
2. the Executive Director revokes this order.
