Just a thought dilution would have to occur, if......FROZ has any outstanding debt? Dilution would be needed to clean up the balance sheet !!! I would believe Motovox would be calling the shots to insure all things were a go, we all know the saying about being fooled!!! My firm Belief with the big V being on the ask is to keep it low so the big I can get only amount that is due to them, just a thought!!!!
After looking over the previous 10Q's one can see the sum total being in that range needed to equal the amount owed which through the court order they would now be free to dispose of instead of waiting till the term expired as in the case of insider ownership laws would have usually had them tide up for over a year.its all there for anyone to add up for themselves if they want. Gonna be a huge day tomorrow as more folks get ind of this ; )
