Johncee"SHELL?" John, you keep saying this company is a shell company. Could you please explain what a shell company is, and why you believe the aquired company to be a shell? I have not been able to find where the company has used this kind of terminology. It is my understanding we are aquiring the company not a shell. This has also been reitierated by other posters.
