Dude I'm not so sure about that. Can someone link be to actual patent, or give me a patent number so I can look it up? EEGs have been around forever, they don't have a patent on that. Seems to me any company could use that "technology" to develop software. Have they ever sold anything? It's all smoke and mirrors im afraid.
