Imagine when Nokia and Sanyo put their JV plan to paper and it includes a remedy for dispute settlement that utilizes binding ICC Arbitration..



The Japanese are very concensus oriented.

Nokia is only Nokia oriented.

This does not appear to be a marriage made in heaven.
