Perhaps I am a little confused, but I was under the impression that IEquity corp owned AEGY. According to their website, http://iequitycorp.com/ , they acquired controlling interest in May. Does this mean that NOHO sold to IEquity, or does NOHO have some sort of control or connection with IEquity?
