with all due respect, goog has got nothing to show on appeal, imo. They have played all their cards including the delays after delays which were allowed by HJJ for very good reasons, cause he was giving goog the rpoes with which it will hang itself. Actually, during the trial we all thought HJJ was biased towards goog, but now we all know why. HJJ knew for a long time that goog stole vrng's patent and made money off of it like a bandit and I believe HJJ was offended all along, imo that goog was trying to pull wool over his eyes, LOL. Goog has nothing going for it in appeal. It lost jury verdict. It lost the bs WA. It lost the patent challenges. What has it got left? May be goog will bring over big brother obama to the courts during the appeal process and obama will declare verdict against goog invalidated, null and void, LOL!!
