Great find barcode. Dr. Rubinfeld is the reason I first invested in AMBS in 2012. I think he has a lot more influence with AMBS than most people think.

Looking back 15 years at that company gives me pause in investing long term. It would seem as though someone would want to be willing to flip it. And maybe hold a very small core. For example my meager account is fully replenished with original cash and am only sitting on free shares at this point looking to add when movement up is justifiable with seriousness partnership and cash. Just a thought on a Saturday. For full disclosure my maximum holdings was 200k. Still in but not nearly as deep
