Very interesting. Thanks for the response. I agree with you on the amount of eduction that is required for this product. When I first bought it, I was wondering the same thing. Do i take it now before the night starts? Do I take it around midnight? Do I take it in the morning? 5 Hour is much more comprehensive in a sense. That might be recommendation for the company. Good idea to put on the bottle in small writing when to actually drink it. Anyway, interesting information that I didnt know. I hope they release this news some time soon!!
