No... Treaty has ZERO interest left in the Mitchel 3&4. Treaty has like 7% left in 1. Well 2 does not matter as it is pumping nothing.

NOTE 14 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

During the quarter ended December 31, 2013, the Company sold its assigned interest in the Mitchell #3 and #4 wells for a cash payment of $175,000.
