David - if that were the case every other pinky stock would be doing that. They don't.
How about this - to PROVE that was not done just for looks to sway investors to hold and buy more shares by flaunting that official looking SEC document - get the audit done submit it to the SEC and uplist and move to a higher exchange like you have been talking about. and file those Form 4 with the SEC.
