I thought the same when I first read it. But they aren't saying that they are going to Panama for the first time. They are going for first timber recovery.
Where do you think it is best to get these shares structure changed at?? I bet they dont have the easiest time faxing paper work and phone reception were they are cutting the trees down than they do in the U.S. I am sure they still have people down there working but the management team priority is to get the C shares fixed before they report there large revenues they have coming up. That is what I call a management team that cares about there shareholders.
