Always nice to see the bid higher. "Next ask" does not mean much as there could be any number of shares queued up to sell through the low ask MM at prices between the low ask and the "next ask" (which is more accurately the "lowest ask ask from another MM"). L2 does not show the depth of orders for th low MM.
