If they sent me a letter like that, I'd send it back with a note at the bottom telling them were to stick it.....A place where the sun never shines.....a place where THEY SHOULD ALL BE.

Why am I so mad? Because these a'holes can't even reverse split a stock correctly. They are TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. i MEAN, TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. Here I sit, watching the stock trade at .80 - 1.00 AND CAN'T GET OUT BECAUSE OF THEIR IMCOMPETENCE. My OWOOD stock is 'locked' until Scottrade is notified of the converted shares.

I "luv" it! The CEO sends a "cease and desist" letter to an angry shareholder for "disseminating false information for the purposes of affecting trading activity in One World Holdings stock is actionable by the company and could be a potential violation of federal securities laws."

Isn't that exactly what we are saying she did with that last "buyback" PR that SHE dropped 14 days before the RS?

They did it to me and they would do it to you all if they had your information, the problem here is that they have used private information obtained from a customer to use it for a purpose other than those allowed.

Wow! What a move by that CEO. Trying to intimidate! If I got a letter like that from the CEO of OWOO I would turn right around and repost the exact same words she said were false and show her I could not be intimidated!

I'd call her bluff and dare One World to follow through with taking legal action against me and reporting me to authorities. I would show that CEO of One World a thing or two about how they couldn't scare me.

Unless.... They really could have a recording to prove I posted false information..... If there could be one ... I probably wouldn't test the waters.

they are the ones who affected trading activity with their well orchestrated string of misleading PRs.. first announce they are paying off Asher notes and considering a share buyback next they reverse split... glad that they can dilute enough shares to afford to pay someone to write you a letter on fancy letterhead though :)

This really should not be done at all. There are many opinions out there about the company and this stock but this is below the belt.
