What??! Dilution is a win for investors? Tell that to people who buy any stock at a higher price only to have it driven down by dilutive debt holders until it sits in the trips or better yet becomes delisted. That's a ridiculous post IMHO. Dilution can be healthy in SOME cases, but that's very very few and far between here in penny land. Look at gnc* brg0 for example. Most penny companies are only interested in selling shares and doing nothing with the profits aside from lining their own pockets. Dilution is good for investors lol!!
