I find that odd, to say the least. His term as CEO can pretty much be summed up as never being able to get financing,or a complete audit,or a merger between 2 companies that share a bathroom in the same hallway. his only distinction is the succes of dilution of stock to a MONSTER degree. none of the above have anything to do with the software problem , just inept management. How many hundreds of millions of shares has this merger already cost ?
