4k streaming will require ~12Mb/s using the H.264/MPEG-4 AVC codec. With the H.265 HEVC you would need ~6Mb/s download rate. Too bad NTEK lies and says it will be upgradable to the x265 when its Nvidia Tegra 4 cannot support streaming 4k with the x265 codec... looks like many consumers will wait for the first topset box that can support x265. Unless they already have super fast cable internet that can download 12Mb/s....
