What is most worrisome over there is all the convertible notes and warrants that when fully converted will double the O/S and cause the A/S to be increased from the current 1 billion shares. They seem to be issuing convertible notes to pay off convertible notes. They even pay rent with convertible notes.

It is a diluted pig.
