so you add these 500M shares to the 400M they allegedly purchased from a former director and they have almost 1 Billion shares to sell all by their lonesome.

Then again, don't believe the 400M ex-director story anyway. No ex-director was holding 400M post August.

The convertibles don't mature for six month so they GLER still has time to buy them back, so your post that they will be more shares out is untrue.
