NAW - way too much hassle....
i'm all for the simple way of doing things
learned in class the saying: KISS (keep it simple stupid)

being retired, i just plain don't want to work very hard anymore

An ex-uncle in law used to own and run an Italian sausage shop. We used to do a whole boneless stuffed pig every Friday...Its called Porchetta(sp) The store was connected with two others…Powells book store. Cookbooks only. Pastaworks an Italian pasta and wine shop.
