ANY time the pps does not move up, and often, even when it does LOL, people will say that the pr was weak.

IMO, it was just fine. We got another update, the co is working towards accomplishing their goals and the pps will work itself out. Regardless, the more debt they can take care of, the more value the co will have. So, yes, there are more shares but there is less debt.

Long as it stays in some sort of reasonable range, it won't matter.
