Exactly right ! DUSS made a very smart business move that brings value to shareholders !
There is nothing that can or will be able to stop the DUSS bus ! Tremendous move ahead!

Yes, the tailings are huge.

And if DNAP owned ALL of the tailings in the area, it would far exceed 10 claims. And yes, they are getting ready to go into production in the near future. But I do not own shares of that company so have not kept up with them, not will I.

Plus they read all mining news regarding the area. I have been reading up on them and they have feelers out in many mining publications. SO they are up to date.

So, if there was an infringement of any kind on their owned/caimed properties, they would have acted immediately and put out a PR. They have an investor relations person.

I have contacted them and asked for clarification - But it was just maybe an hour ago, and therefore, they have not gotten back to me, IF, in fact, will get back to me.

And no, I am not a promoter of DUSS. I OWN quite a bit of stock and expect to make good money on it. And I have bought every share of my own free will -
