You would think he would have an interest somewhere in the stock of his own company. My thought would be this, he has debt secured by stock and only stock, if it doesnt move, he doesnt pay back. They may believe it will move again and that is why they hold out. I remember there were some huge 15mil chunks being hit in what looked like a commercial world. The MM they were using is typically an institutional MM.
